Erik Rees is the pastor of Life Mission at Saddleback Church in Lake Forest, California. He has worked along side Rick Warren since 1997. Erik has held many leadership roles primarily focusing on empowering people to maximize their life for God. Prior to Saddleback, Erik worked in the training and development field for many years helping companies and senior leaders develop effective ways to reach their goals through staff development and goal setting.
Erik is also a certified life coach through the Tom Patterson Life Planning Institute. Erik has spent over 20 years helping people set and reach goals. From helping people lose weight to help people lead with effectiveness. From helping people to let go of painful memories to landing the perfect job. From helping people live with fulfillment to helping people love unconditionally. Erik’s amazing journey has been hallmarked by empowering ordinary people like you to simply decide to be all God made them to be.
