This privacy policy ("Policy") discloses the privacy practices of OYCBY Group, ("OYCBY") and all websites owned or operated by OYCBY. OYCBY believes it is very important to respect the privacy of our users, our business associates and all others who provide us with any personally identifiable information.

What kinds of information do we collect from you?

We collect two general categories of information: personally identifiable information ("PI") and non-personally identifiable information ("NPI"). PI consists of any information which can be used to specifically identify you as an individual, whereas NPI consists of Aggregate Information or any other information that does not reveal your personal identity.

Personal Information. When you register with or subscribe to OYCBY, we collect a wide variety of PI about you. Our 21 Day Connection participants, for example, we ask that you provide us with your name, email, the Church you attend, your goals, and other specifics about you. We do not currently ask you to provide your drivers license number, credit card data or social security number. However, depending on your desire to purchase materials through our store, credit card data may be captured to process products, materials and services; you should consult with the privacy policies of such third party fulfillment partners before providing any such PI to such us for use by third parties.

Aggregate Information. In addition to the PI about you described above, we may collect Aggregate Information from you. "Aggregate Information" means information presented in summary or statistical form which does not contain data that would permit the identification of a specific individual without extraordinary effort. By providing any Aggregate Information to us, you acknowledge that we have the right to disclose such information to other users and third parties.

How do we use your personal information?

We use your PI to provide you with the services or products for which you requested to receive from us, and/or for those purposes considered reasonable under the circumstances. We are not in the business of selling your PI to third parties and only share PI with third parties as described in this Policy.

How long do we retain your personal information?

We may retain your PI for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which you gave it or for any legal or business purpose. When your information is no longer required by OYCBY, we have procedures in place to destroy it, delete it, or convert it to anonymous form.

Disclosures

E-mails and Telephone Calls Disclosures. We require an e-mail address from you when you register with OYCBY. We use your e-mail address to notify you about updates to OYCBY, enhancements made that might help you, surveys about your experiences with OYCBY (an "opt-in"), and follow-up surveys about your experience (also an "opt-in"). If you would rather not receive promotional e-mails from us, please see the section below titled "Opt-Out Choices". We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to OYCBY, such as service announcements and administrative messages, without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them. We may also contact you by telephone (including to any wireless number you may provide to us) in connection with OYCBY. If you would rather not receive telephone calls from us, you may change or delete your number from your account page(s), or ask to be removed from our contact list if you receive a call from us. We fully comply with the requirements of the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act.

Disclosures By Law. You acknowledge and agree that we may disclose information you provide if required to do so by law, or if we, in our sole discretion, believe that disclosure is reasonable to (1) comply with the law, requests or orders from law enforcement, or any legal process (whether or not such disclosure is required by applicable law); (2) protect or defend OYCBY's, or a third party's, rights or property; or (3) protect someone's health or safety, such as when harm or violence against any person (including you) is threatened.

Disclosures to Protect Abuse Victims. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Policy or any OYCBY terms of use or license agreement, we reserve the right, but have no obligation, to disclose any information that you submit to the services, if in our sole opinion, we suspect or have reason to suspect, that the information involves a party who may be the victim of abuse in any form. Abuse may include, without limitation, elder abuse, child abuse, spousal abuse, neglect, or domestic violence. Information may be disclosed to authorities that we, in our sole discretion, deem appropriate to handle such disclosure. Appropriate authorities may include, without limitation, law enforcement agencies, child protection agencies, or court officials. You hereby acknowledge and agree that we are permitted to make such disclosure.

Disclosures for Fulfillment Uses. OYCBY may use your PI to send you promotional materials about goods and service offerings offered by OYCBY or offered by third parties. These promotional materials may be sent to you by postal mail, e-mail or other means. You may opt out of receiving these communications as provided below. Please keep in mind, however, that when you purchase or request products or services (or information about products or services) from OYCBY, promotional materials about goods and services offered by a third party may accompany delivery of the product, service or information that you have requested. We refer to sending you promotional materials in these circumstances as "Fulfillment Uses" of your PI. Because these promotional materials accompany products, services or information that you have requested, your opt-out choices for OYCBY and third parties below will not apply to any of these Fulfillment Uses.

Disclosures for Operational Uses. OYCBY may also use your PI for many purposes other than sending you promotional materials. (We refer to all of these types of uses of your PI that do not involve the sending of promotional materials as "Operational Uses.") For example, we may use your information to complete transactions requested by you (such as your purchase of a product or service offered on our websites or websites of our third party suppliers or affiliates), or to send you administrative communications either about your OYCBY subscription or about features of our websites, including any future changes to this Policy. Because these Operational Uses of your PI do not involve sending you promotional materials, your opt-out choices below will not apply to any of these Operational Uses.

Disclosures to Co-Branding Participants. In addition to using your PI within OYCBY, OYCBY may share your PI with companies that offer products and/or services that are co-branded using brand names of OYCBY. These companies are called "co-branding participants." When OYCBY shares PI with third parties acting as co-branding participants, these co-branding participants are restricted by contract from using the PI for any marketing or promotional purpose that is not related to a co-branded product or service. Finally, to further protect your privacy, these co-branding participants' use of PI shared with them under this Policy is subject to the same opt-out rights (and limitations upon those rights) that apply to use of PI by OYCBY below.

Disclosures to Third Parties for Promotional Purposes. Subject to your opt-out choices below, OYCBY may share your PI with selected third parties so that they can send you promotional materials about goods and services offered by them. (We call this type of sharing "promotional sharing" or sharing for "promotional purposes.") When sharing your PI for promotional purposes, OYCBY attempts to select only reputable companies that offer high quality products and services. Moreover, OYCBY will not share your e-mail address with third parties for promotional purposes, except when you consent to such sharing in connection with a "Sponsored Activity" (as hereinafter below). If OYCBY shares your PI with a third party under any circumstance described in this paragraph, your PI will become permanently subject to the information use and sharing practices of the third party, and the third party will not be restricted by this Policy with respect to its use and further sharing of your PI.

Disclosures in Connection With Sponsored Activities. In addition to the promotional sharing that is subject to your opt-out choices below, OYCBY may also share your PI when you engage in certain activities on our sites that are sponsored by third parties, such as purchasing products or services offered by a third party, electing to receive information or communications from a third party, or electing to participate in programs or events sponsored in whole or in part by a third party. OYCBY may also share your PI when you respond to promotional materials from OYCBY and authorize a third party to use your PI for purposes such as, for example, sending you additional promotional materials, providing you a product or service, or entering you in an event or program. (We refer to all of these activities and requests as "Sponsored Activities.") When you participate in Sponsored Activities, you will either be required or requested to agree that the sponsor or business associate may use your PI (including, in some cases, your e-mail address) in accordance with the sponsor or business associate's privacy practices. Since you will have consented to this specific instance of sharing of your PI, the opt-out choices described below will not apply.

Disclosures to Companies That Facilitate Communications and Transactions with You. Sometimes OYCBY hires companies to help provide products or services, such as an online shopping provider. In those instances, there is a need to share your information with these companies. OYCBY also works with other companies who help either gather your information or communicate with you, such as an Internet hosting services provider. Your opt-out choices will not apply to sharing by OYCBY of your PI with any of these companies. Nonetheless, except as separately permitted by other provisions of this Policy, these companies are allowed to gather, receive, and use your PI only for the purposes described in this paragraph or to facilitate compliance with laws.

Disclosures to Companies That You Previously Authorized to Obtain Your Information. In certain circumstances, your dealings with a third party may have authorized that third party to obtain your PI from OYCBY and to use that information in accordance with the third party's own privacy practices and policies. For example, in using an online shopping service (such as the shopping services offered by Internet portals that refer the portal's users to third-party merchants), you may have authorized that shopping service to obtain from the service's participating third-party merchants (including OYCBY) information about your purchases conducted through the shopping service. In such circumstances, your opt-out choices below will not apply to sharing of your PI by OYCBY. Nonetheless, OYCBY will provide such companies only the information that you authorized (except as separately permitted under other provisions of this Policy). In the example given above, the shopping service would be provided only information concerning purchases you made from OYCBY through that shopping service, and would not be provided any other information concerning you, unless any additional sharing of your PI were separately permitted under another provision of this Policy.

Information Transferred As a Result of Sale of Business. As we develop our business, we may buy or sell assets and, depending on the transaction, your PI may be one of the transferred assets. In the event that we are acquired by another entity, your PI may be part of the assets transferred to the acquiring party. If this occurs, you will be notified if there are any material changes to the way your PI is collected or used.

Third-party advertising

We may use third-party advertising agencies or other service providers to serve ads on our website on behalf of OYCBY or third-party advertisers (e.g., retailers of goods or services). These companies may also employ cookies and/or web beacons to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you and to collect NPI about your visits to our websites and other websites in order to measure advertising effectiveness. We will only share your PI with third parties in the ways described in Section 9 of this Policy. However, please keep in mind that if you click on an advertisement on one of our websites and link to a third party's website, then this Policy will not apply to your PI collected on that third party's website and you must read the privacy policy posted on that site to see how your PI will be treated.

Disclosure of privacy practices pertaining to children pursuant to the COPPA

We do not target the OYCBY site or its services to any children under the age of 13 and, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), any PI we may receive from any users that we believe to be under the age of 13 will be promptly purged from our database. No PI from any such user will be collected, stored or disclosed.

Your California privacy rights California Civil Code Section 1798.83 (also known as the "Shine The Light" law) permits users who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, information about the PI (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. If applicable, this information would include a list of the categories of PI that was shared and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared information in the immediately preceding calendar year.
